Gwyn Ideal Rock Total Posts: 745 Last Post: 2/8/2009 Member Since: 1/5/2007	Surprisingly, after all the stuff that happened before, my wedding went pretty smoothly. What you never here anyone complain about, and I can't see how, is wedding photography. OMG it was horrible!!!! I sat through (stood through really) 4 hours of photos BEFORE my wedding even happened. It was the only part of the day that was stressful. It could just have been my perfectionist photographer but I was amazed at all the energy that goes into getting photos. I have atleast 8 different shots (sets of about 4 each per shot) of my bridesmaids getting my shoes on! FI and I fed each other our cake peices 6 times each to get "the" shot. WOW... Anyway, I just saw my family off to the airport and I need to finish packing and get myself there!. I will be gone on my honeymoon until November 4th so I will fill in with details, and hopefully some pics, when I return.

DMBFiredancer Ideal Rock Total Posts: 588 Last Post: 11/22/2009 Member Since: 1/13/2008	thats why i already told my photog to not worry about getting "the shot" - she was already concerned about it and wants examples of shots that i must have...i understand that, but i want to enjoy the moment as is happens and not worry about re-do's of certain moments. if we dont get the perfect shot of us cutting the cake, so be it. it will be a picture of that moment and thats what counts to me.... sorry it was so overwhelming for you- hoping to avoid that! 7.25.09

And I totally agree, I HATE those super long photo sessions, I am very glad we skipped it personally! They just make me cranky!
