I got my dress in on my birthday 10/17! Thank goodness my cousin could pick it up since the store was closing it's doors for good just days within getting my dress in. That was a bit scary! I wonder how they handled the orders that were placed after mine?!  I love my dress, it's about 2" too long even with 3.5" heels so I'll need to have it shortened but other than that, I love it!  I've decided that I look like a cow in it though and I printed out my free 7 day Gold's gym pass during lunch and am going to join. I have to do something...my arms are disgusting along with a few other areas but my arms are the most visible in the strapless dress. I do not want them looking like that on our wedding day!

I love the back and how your daugther's dress compliments it without matching exactly. How stressful that must have been waiting for your dress knowing that the shop was going under!

Happy late b-day!! Love the gown! Also, referencing your arms..ahhh they look like or better than mine so if yours are disgusting so are mine..sooo that's unacceptable. I don't think your arms are disgusting at all, guess we always look worse to ourselves than we actually look!

Thank you ladies! I probably am being a bit critical of myself but I'm currently very disappointed in me. Back story, about 2 years ago I worked my ass off at the gym and lost 40+ lbs and did really good at keeping it off, until now. In the last 6 months I've managed to gain about 15-20 back.  I can surely see the difference in the pictures and it just aggravates me. Losing weight is so very hard, why am I letting myself gain it back?!?! I'm just giving myself a swift kick in the rear so to speak. Thanks for listening/reading!Happy belated birthday jstarfireb!!!
