Does anyone have an example of this setting?

I have a nice oval ruby (that I wish was emerald-cut) but some helpful person on PS suggested putting it in a rectangular setting to give the illusion. It also looks quite large and chunky and I have teeny hands so once again - any feedback from anyone who has this setting would be brilliant. Thank you all in advance!
