A friend gave me a 2009 mini calendar as a gift today.  I guess she knows me well:  the calendar features photos of incredible jewelry from the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History!  The Hope Diamond!  A massive kunzite in a spectacular gold and diamond setting by Paloma Picasso!   A tiara made of garnets that look for all the world like rubies!   Lots of huge colored diamonds in spectacular settings!

You can get a glimpse of it here:

http://www.amazon.com/Jewels-2009-Mini-Wall-Calendar/dp/078931780X

This is a small calendar, so I still get to hunt for that special full-sized calendar for the space next to my desk at work.  If I'm lucky I'll find a few perfect gift calendars while I'm at it!

If you find your perfect calendar, let us know.

BTW... I did stumble across a "365 days of purses" calendar while looking for an image of my new jewelry calendar!

I think calendar.com (or maybe it's calendars.com) is amazing! Now you've got me wanting to look for a new calendar!

I almost bought one just now....but I stopped myself because I never use wall calenders, datebooks, or organizers--I rely on the computer.  This is a really cool calender though, perfect for PSr's!  For me it's one of those "I want it, but do I NEED it?" kind of things.

I'm a calendar freak. I have a family planning calendar for the wall.. a small purse size Mom's calendar that runs through 2010, and another calendar from BnN I love that holds everything that's magnetized to close, it looks sort of like a journal..

The family calendar... which I actually got as a set at Costco with another family desk calendar and what to do lists.. I love this because it has family activity stickers. I'm such a kid. LOL

I have
this one I use for my work schedule..

and
this one...  that goes to work with me with the family schedule.. Of course BnN doesn't have a photo.. I got it at BnN.. so I'll attach a photo. I love this one..

I love my agenda!

This year I've used Vera Bradley in mod pink, and I just bought it in yellow bird for 2009.
