I've looked through tons of settings, and then I suddenly realized, I like platinum, but I sure like the palladium prices!

What are good websites to look at palladium settings?

For those curious about what type of setting I'm specifically looking for-
1. accent diamonds
2. wedding band to be able to sit flush
3. thin band
4. filigree- but not overdone, this is optional
5. tapered shank!!!    ( I like how this ring has the shank tapered in-

6. pink sapphire surprise stone? also optional
7. like double prongs/ heart prongs, also optional

Here was a previous thread full of attempts to find the perfect setting-

Palladium is just now starting to catch on, I don't think there are a lot of jewelers carrying it, yet. I can't help you with that part, but I can tell you that it would be a good idea to make sure there is a jeweler in your area that is willing (and capable) of working on/with it. Many are not knowledgeable/comfortable with Palladium.

"It is also important for the State to inculcate in its subjects an aversion to any 'conspiracy theory of history' for a search for 'conspiracies' means a search for motives and an attribution of responsibility for historical misdeeds."

-Murray N. Rothbard, in The Anatomy of the State

John Swinton [1829-1901] Chief Editorial Writer of the New York Times (Considered "the Dean of his Profession" by his peers), when asked to toast an 'Independent Press' in a gathering at the National Press Club, circa 1880

"There is no such thing in America as an independent press unless it is in the country towns. You know it, and I know it. There is not one of you who dare express an honest opinion. If you express it you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid... for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for doing similar things....

The business of the New York journalist is to distort the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon, and sell his country and race for his daily bread, or for what is about the same thing, his salary. You know this, and I know it and what foolery to be toasting an 'independent press.' We are tools, and the vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are jumping-jacks. They pull the strings and we dance. Our time, our talents, our lives, our possibilities, all are the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes."

Lately the price of platinum is almost the same as gold per ounce. Since I learned about the kitco.com I often check the precious metal market and as of this morning the difference between gold and platinum was $100.00 an ounce. So it's not that much when you consider they calculate jewelry prices per gram.

Some of the designers actually manufacture their products in Palladium as well as Platinum or Gold. When I purchased my Verragio engagement ring my jeweler told me that the designer started to offer three different metal choices but I went with the platinum.

I know Tacori doesn't offer Palladium but I know Verragio and Scott Kay do, not sure about Ritani.

Lets see I believe Whiteflash is now carrying palladium, but you have to call. Ritani will also do palladium.

And I have a generic but very pretty setting for my sapphire from a company called Unique Settings of New York in Palladium. You can browse on their website but then would have to get pricing/order from a jeweler.
