Ever since visiting London this summer my girlfriend/soon to be fiance has fallen in love with the Ashoka cut diamond ring first spotted at Tavernier jewelers in London. Does anyone know have any connections or an inside track to know where I can get an Ashoka cut diamond of good quality in the US, as I have been having serious difficulties locating them. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

See attached link for a picture of the ring. The digital picture I have is too large to be uploaded so I created a Yahoo album.

Hi not a cushion...don't know about getting them in US...

It looks similar to a stone I saw the other day at Alpha/Omega in BOston area...called the Tycoon cut...not exact but similar...

It also looks similar to the spring cut.

However, I could not find the info on Whiteflash website so I'm not sure if they still sell them. Will look for a link.

I know you are in luck with this one!

See here who makes them:
WWW

I strongly believe that the best way if to give thwm a call. It sounds that 'inside connection' in this field you could find with their neighbours, Sothebys...

The Ashoka Diamond is distributed exclusively by the William Goldberg Diamond Corporation. (Call 212 980 4343 ).

Hi Mexi I couldn'f find the Spring cut on Whiteflash either (I deleted the ref from my original post) Glad you could find something

On the Tycoon site the TY-1059 looks somewhat what you might like

Best of like

I'm not sure where you are located but, there is a very highly reputable store in Denver, Colorado that sells the Ashoka cut diamond. It is located in Cherry Creek Mall, and the name of the store is Hyde Park. I have been a customer of the store for years, and have personally seen the Ashoka diamonds there. I am certified by the GIA in diamonds, and regard Hyde Park's Ashoka cut diamons of the highest quality. I hope this information is of help to you.
