What does it take to be a great leader?

starsapphire Cut Rock Total Posts: 471 Last Post: 5/25/2009 Member Since: 4/7/2006	Since we are in election season, I was thinking about what it takes to be a great leader. I was thinking also about "fictional" characters who would be a good leader for this country....Like Picard, or James T. Kirk, the President in the movie "Independance Day"....or real people, like Morgan Freeman....use your imagination....I think it takes guts, and a certain amount of wisdom. Not just what you are for or against. To defend this country, and our ideals. The ability to think of the "greater good" not just about personal issues, or how your presidency is going to be viewed in the history books. Let's discuss!
