(In that I've been reading this forum regularly without really posting.) Anyways, I'm so excited that I finally have a story to tell! I'll make it short and sweet. We've been together for almost four years. I'm 26 and he's 33. We were pretty close to getting married a while back and then plans just kind of fell apart. You all know how it goes... guys can get so vague so quickly... Anyways, we broke up a few times for a week or two at a time. It was really miserable. Then we realized we couldn't stay away from each other, and now, we've set a date!!!!! He asked my dad for permission and my dad said that he'd "think about it." Which he did. For two tortuous days. He finally said yes (this was a few months ago) and we're getting married in December! Only we don't have a ring yet. Pricescope has totally ruined me forever and I've become really anxious about picking the right stone and getting the right setting. I'm having a stone sent to me (I posted about it on RockyTalky)http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=95955. I wanted to show ya'll some sketches I did for the head of the setting. BF has been getting anxious about the time crunch for the ring and I told him it wasn't a big deal, that I'd rather have the right ring and I'd be fine with it if we got married with the "e-ring" instead of engaged with it. It was so cute. He completely flipped out. He started to go off, "You mean I don't even get to propose to you?!!? I had my whole speech planned out and everything!" How cute is that? Sooo I really need to make a decision fast so we can get this ball rolling. I'm such a horrible procrastinator!!! Let me know what ya'll think!!
