I'm trying to gather some websites and book references that include example meal plans/maintenance diet for a friend who suffers from diverticulitis. My research hasn't turned up very much. I appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks!

I know my aunt has it. She was told to stay away from all foods with seeds. No popcorn, nuts, etc. She even takes the seeds out of a tomato.

Do you think your aunt has any books for references or meal plans...or maybe she just makes up her own meals following the doctor's advice. I am looking for information for a guy who must not feel comfortable putting meals together...lol
