I've been searching for the right band for my 3 stone Asscher ring and haven't found the 'one' any suggestions?

The band has a slight knife edge and all the knife edge bands I've tried haven't worked, I own a Tiffany knife edge band and the knife edge is too harsh.

Hello, how did I totally miss this ring?  It's gorgeous!  Have you tried something like a asscher channel-set band?  You can see a pic of one in my avatar.  I would also love a 2 mm comfort-fit plain band with that ring.

My first thought was a band like Vespergirl's beautiful channel-set asscher eternity.

Did you want something plain or did you want diamonds in it? Will the band only be worn with the e-ring or do you think you'll wear it on its own?

Are you interested in mixing shapes at all? I'm sort of in love with french cut stones because they feel so art deco and compliment an asscher really well. I also still love a plain ol' round brilliant eternity with an asscher, though. I love Evelyn's set.

What about something completely contrasting, like Musey's Tiffany Jazz with her Asscher. The contrast can be fun! Here's Musey's Thread

And by the way - WOW that's a gorgeous ring!!!

This one looks like it would be perfect.  Can you post a picture of them together?  My first thought was a plain 2.5-3mm band would look fabulous!

Wow, man! I love Musey's rings together!!!

And that's a stunning 3 stone Asscher, too...

I don't know your ideal price range, but on the Art of platinum (Leon site), there's a ring in the "bands' section that has an image ID of "r1072"

It's reminiscent of Musey's combo, but the stones would be oval, and so they'd lie a little more "horizontally" than rounds, which might be better for a 3-stone, from a symmetry perspective....

Thanks all!

I will have to get the channel set square cut plat band out of the 'storage' for pics.

I love the LM band, but as a RH band.

I also love the idea of mixed cuts, but they would have to be step cuts and brilliant cuts together for me :)

I am also loving SS french cut baguette bands :)

I would love a plain Plat band and a blingy band(a girl NEEDS options)!!!

I found this band and am loving it, but am not sure it would be a good fit!?!?!

I have nothing really to add - since all of the choices seem beautiful... BUT I do want to say that I am beyond jealous of your gorgeous collection!  This three stone is just stunning!

Thanks julesbeth-I love love love step cuts, you have a gorgeous avatar!

I do like the other bands, but they just aren't the right one!!!

The last band I posted, I've been looking at for sometime and I really like it---but don't think that the two would work well together :)

I think that I would go with a plain band for myself.  I think that your stones are pretty enough to hold their own.

I am in LOVE with your ring!  I'm off to go do more searches since I don't recall seeing it before!  WOW!

Can we see a pic of your ring with the e-w baguette and round combo?   Maybe a thin e-w baguette band would work for you?

My vote is for a ring like the Tiffany Novo or Metro (or a Leon!)....micropave band would be great :)

I would be curious to see the last band you posted WITH your ER - it's too hard to just guess how they'd look.

Lord - I am in deep deep love with your ring. Also, I second the SS french-cut band. I'm biased though since I just bought one myself. They are so gorgeous in person! Quite hard to resist

Wow, look at those glittery asschers, yummo !

I second a pave thin eternity, or something like Museys, I love the mix of cuts.

Oh, oh, oh, I love the ring, I love the ring, I love the ring...

Is it from DBL? I hope it is, because I'm waiting for a 5 stone asscher band to arrive and if it's even half as gorgeous I'll be happy! It's leaving NY today. The stones in your ring are just beautiful and I'm even more excited now!

I'd go with a Leon micropave band or just a plain plat band but I'm not very adventurous!

Diamond*Dana-I would love a plain band, just haven't found the right one!

LTP-Thanks, I love yours too :) No thread on this beauty-sorry---will work on pics with the E-W band and I would love a E-W set baguette only band someday!!!

UCLABelle-I love both the Novo and the Metro, but not with Great White(as my hubby calls it), but a Leon-micropave-hmmmm.......

motownmama-I've been loving that band for sometime now and they just raised the price on it-grrrrrr, so much for waiting!!!

SDL-Thanks, I love it to pieces :)

kcoursolle-Thanks, I just about purchased a micropave band this week, maybe I NEED to now :)

LLB-Thanks, I would love to see your SS french cut band! I've been wanting one myself!!!

bling addict-Thanks so much! Looks like another vote for that micropave band :)

arjunajane-Thanks, I love the idea of mixed cuts too :)

MM-It is a DBL!!! I can't wait to see your 5 stone band when it arrives, it will be fabulous(I really want the smaller 5 stone version of the one your getting :) The channel set asscher band was purchased from an estate dealer, I love it and thought that it was the 'one' for my 3 stone asscher ring-but not quit!

I will work on pics with the other bands I posted as soon as I can get back home! It's being shown right now.

Stepcut - that ring is gorgeous and fits your hand so perfectly!  I ditto Mrs. M's suggestion for a very thin micropave or plain platinum band.

(Threadjack - Mrs. M, will you PUHLEAZE post pictures when you get your 5-stone band?  I've been drooling over that ring!)
