My Blue Diamond..part 2

Finally, six months after the wedding and three settings later, my blue diamond is finally at home, in it's new setting on my finger.

We went from a 2.5 mm diamond pave wedding set in white gold to a Gelin Abaci tension setting and heavy comfort fit band in yellow gold.

I definitely like the simplicity of your new setting.. the gold and the blue contrast (although MI colors ha just kidding) makes the diamond even more stunning. I love it.

That is GORGEOUS! The yellow gold just makes your blue diamond POP. It''s simple, classy, STUNNING.

I think the simplicity of the setting just REALLY makes that blue diamond pop!!! The yellow gold really does make it stand out!

Thank you all so very much. After all the heck I went through with the settings, I am more than thrilled to have it. My next goal is to get an Etienne Perret Starlight band with scattered blue diamonds similar to this one...

Oh I LOVE your new setting. I agree with the other posters, the yellow gold makes your blue diamond POP!!! It is so beautiful. It looks gorgeous on your hand.

WOW I had to comment! The diamond looked pretty in the first setting, but this second setting is PERFECT for it - I can''t believe how amazing the colors look, and it''s so incredibly elegant! STUNNING!

Your ring is sooooo amazing!!! I''ve come back to look three times, and then went back and read all your threads about the difficulties you''ve had with your ring.

Your stone just glows in that setting!! What an amazing transformation. There are so many beautiful rings here on Pricescope, but I think you have firmly landed yourself in the TOP TEN!!! And I''m really going to have to go back a long, LONG way to come up with another that I think is more stunning than yours!!!!

You have all made me so happy! I was very worried at first...thought I would miss my "bling". I don''t. Want to know a secret? My husband wanted to get me this ring from the beginning... I didn''t think I would like the bulk of it and I didn''t think it would look right on my finger. Sigh...I told him...he was right. Thank God he loves me enough to put up with all the tears and heartache until I finally came to my senses.
