Boy are you nosy, ha ha ha ha ha ha. Just kidding my friend. Actually DH and I didn't date much, we were best friends and were dating others. I have to say I cooked him dinner at his apartment.

Was november, we went to far rockaway and winded up on the beach in 40 degree weather. He took off his clothes (down to his boxers) and went for a swin. Somehow I winded up in the water with all my clothes on and ruined a nice pair of new leather boots. I WAS MAD.
We then went for a drink at a bar. I remember walking in and being asked if it was raining outside. I looked at her dumbly and said "no". The lady looked at me kinda funny. Had a "blonde" moment and didn't realize she had asked because I was all wet.

Our first official "date"--3 days in Las Vegas. (TOOL concert, Blue Man Group show, and about a dozen other things and meals. Not to mention the 8 hour drive up there and the 8 hour drive back.

First date with DH was a blind lunch date at our local Red Lobster.

Second date was dinner (good) then movie (bad).

It's a wonder we survived our lackluster beginnings!

We went to the movies.  Although we were with several friends, so it was more of a group thing.  I don't even know which movie.....it was crappy one though!  But the company was good.

Our first date was a couple weeks before Halloween, nearly 5 years ago.  We went to this haunted hayride and cornfield maze at an old farm that I used to go to for apple picking growing up.  It was such a fun first date!  Then we watched Sweet Home Alabama at my parents' house, which remains one of our favorite movies to this day

We went to a little mexican restaurant and walked around the mall lol. I even paid for my own dinner! He offered but I insisted.

Maybe a week later he took me to lunch at this cute cafe that I'd been wanting to go to since I moved there 2 years before. He paid

Our first non-meal date was going to a Benjamin Knox art show

We went on a group date, we were in college.  It was a nice restaurant.  The waitess spilled hot juice from the Roast beef on his  tender area.  She didn't apologize.  We all scrambled to help him.  I said to the waitress you'll pay for the dry cleaning right?

He said he was so  impressed that I would speak up like that.  I haven't shut up since.

I asked him if he had ever been to the Sculpture Garden at night.

Um, he invited me to a house party.

Then we met at Starbucks one morning...

I actually don't remember our first real date.

The first time we hung out alone (which DH insists was NOT a date) he asked me if I'd eaten dinner. I said yes, I had. He asked if I'd like to go to Schlotsky's with him so he wouldn't have to eat alone. I said yeah, sure. I think I had a diet coke, and I paid.

The second time was about a week after our friendship had turned into coupledom. We'd been planning on going to a college-student friendly Italian place for dinner together, but when he showed up, he asked me to change out of my sweats because he wanted to make a change in venue - and then he took me to a more-upscale Italian restaurant. I was definitely wined and dined :)

I LOVE baseball and so does he.  He took me to a Yankee game.  Our 1st kiss was in the stands at the end of the game when NY NY was playing in the background...so at our wedding that was the last song of the night as we kissed.

you mean, where did I take BF on our first date??

he had only been in L.A for a year. so i suggested he head down to where I lived- the beach.  we went to one of my fav nieghborhood restuarants for a lovely dinner and then to a bar on the pier.  we had parked at a friend's home (he lived right on the strand), and had to back there at the end of the eve to get his car.  said friend and guests were out on the deck drunk off their butts.  they were freaky-scary, and i was glad that now-DH was able to stand his ground and hang with them for a bit.

Awwww!  DF, that's sweet!

We didn't really have a first date.  DH and I had been good friends for like five years before we got together, which just kinda happened.  I guess our first date would have been hanging out at a bar with a bunch of our friends!

We knew each other from working together, where he really didn't talk to anyone. He was interested in me after I no longer worked there. Waited a year to get my phone number from my friend Paul and we talked on the phone a bunch of times before actuall going out. We made no real plan, just met in Copley Square. He mentioned that he had wanted his pierced, so that was the first thing we did on our date- get pierced together. He had his ears done and I had one of the girls done. Then we went to play pool, got some dinner did some drinking, then went to a metal show, but don't remember who (they were local bands.)

BF made a big deal about our first date. I had never really been on a true date IMO before. He asked me on Tuesday, made reservations for Friday, and picked me up with flowers to boot. We went to a hibatchi restaurant. We're going there again on Monday for our 1 year. :)

We went to a Mexican restaurant.  I ate everything in sight.  It was kinda like that scene from the movie Splash (anyone remember it?  Tom Hanks and Darryl Hannah?) when she was eating the lobster, shell and all.  I just remember him looking at me from across the table, shocked, he said, "Boy, you can really put it away."
