I bought a heart shaped diamond from Blue Nile and was disappointed by the off symmetry...I know that cut is prone to symmetry issues, but I had no idea before because I had never seen it. Lesson learned... Good luck!

Yup, like said, you can certainly return it. I paid for my shipping though (at least I think I paid insurance--it was awhile ago, but I certainly remember paying something!), and it was a headache getting the right packaging for it. I had to use special security tape to make sure no seams of the box showed. Not trying to be a naysayer, btw--I'm sure it's a beautiful rock, it's just an added bonus to have pictures. :) And to me, that feature is very important.

Nothing is more sacred as the bond between horse and rider...no other creature can ever become so emotionally close to a human as a horse.
