For my 30th b-day, I want to buy an anniversary band for myself: the problem is, I have no idea how much it will cost! What I want is a round/princess band of alternating bezels, like CatMom's gorgeous ring in the stacking thread, or like someone else's that I wish I'd caught the name of elsewhere (QueenMum?). I have a pic. of a similar ring to give y'all a hint, but I can't for the life of me remember where I found it - any thoughts? I want it to be of good quality - 18K or platinum, in good-quality diamond or possibly sapphire or ruby - but beyond that, I'm not picky. Please, tell me I don't have to go custom for something this basic! P.S. - I have six months or so, so I'm not frantic, but I will be very grateful for any suggestions ....

I can't tell from your picture but they will make their rings polished (no milgrain) if you want. ETA: they are made to order so if you wanted the rounds in sapphires and the PRs in diamonds it is possible (or any combo for that matter). Also I has a sizing bar put on mine if you want one. Good for buying yourself something nice. Sometimes I think we forget to treat ourselves once in awhile!

And Lannie I've eyed that FC one up so many times too, even though I'm not in the market for a new ring right now Be careful of FC's bad return policy reputation though! I've heard about it so many times on PS. Circe- sorry I'm not much help, I just wanted to say that I can't wait to see what you come up with. I LOVE your ring with the fishtail prongs and this kind of band will look awesome with it. I vote to throw some color in there too-- I'm all for rubies or sapphires!

They can pretty much customize any band if you want different colors, sizes, metal, etc. I didn't find anything exactly like what you want, but I'm sure they could make it. I'd call pearlmans for a quote.
