Some new pictures for you guys. I have owned this sapphire, diamond and platinum cross for years. I could never find sapphire earrings that matched. Wildfishgems recently got several pairs of fine blue sapphires, so I snapped up these for earrings. I think that match my cross pretty darn well.

Thanks Cleo, Firecracker, Linda, Freke, Dani & Catmom! My jeweler tells me the cross is a Lazarre Kaplan piece. I have worn it daily for many years, and I find that that particular blue looks fabulous with EVERYTHING I wear.  I've never seen earrings to go with it that appeal to me. I prefer studs, so I think I will just have the sapphires set in simple platinum baskets. The sapphires are sooooo gorgeous that I don't think they will need much more to dress them up. I can tell the slight difference in size between the ovals, but since my ear lobes are also slightly different in size, it is going to work out great!
