If I finished it, I'd probably cry at work. I hate hearing of animals in distress. I hope the little baby comes out ok. I didn't read far enough in to know the potential outcome. ~ Let all the people of the world say what they please I alone know what I do ~

I don't know about whales, but could it be put in an aquarium with another calf? or maybe the mother would attack it? Seems something should be able to be done for it. There are thousands of things kids need to be protected from. Hugging isn't one of them.
