Beautiful!!  Looks like it was cut to be an ACA and must have just missed by the tiniest bit.  Expert Selection diamonds that are almost ACAs are probably some of the best values out there.  It looks gorgeous!

questions:

what does a 'pointed' culet (vs. some stones which have culet marked as 'none')?
is thin-medium faceted a good thing vs. medium - slightly thick faceted?

Looks like a great stone! Love the colour clarity combo too, it should be a winner.

Greetings all,

A culet that is "pointed" on one report is the same as a "none" on another report the AGS and GIA use slightly different terms that mean the same thing.  Technically a culet is a small facet at the base of the pavilion.  If there is no facet it is none or pointed.

An Ideal girdle would be thin, medium and/or slightly thick or any combination of these.  One is not any better than another.
