Does WF offer a deeper discount on EGL stones? (to compensate the buyer on the avoided cost of not offering buy-back and trade-up)

I don't think I've ever seen an EGL stone on their website. Have you? I've only seen them list AGS and GIA.

They offer them.  I think the discount is already in the pricing.  Compare comparables from GIA or AGS, and you'll find it.
