For those of you who feel you are being unreasonable in the planning, take heart, you could be a LOT worse.

"But for every accommodating pal, there’s another who feels going under the knife is beyond the duty of bridesmaid. Becky Lee, 39, a Manhattan photographer, declined when a friend asked her — and five other attendants — to have their breasts enhanced. “We’re all Asian and didn’t have a whole lot of cleavage, and she found a doctor in L.A. who was willing to do four for the price of two,” said Ms. Lee, who wore a push-up bra instead."

My bridesmaid is getting botox before the wedding. I'm not making her do it though!

A boob job is MAJOR surgery I can't believe someone would suggest it. Did anyone see that episode of Bridezillas where the bride was telling the bridesmaids which ones had to 'stuff' and which ones didn't?

Well if the bride's payin'..... haha! Botox is relatively minor imo... (don't shoot me). I wouldnt' want to pay for it. I don't need botox either personally.

Would anyone even really notice if the bridesmaids weren't botox'ed? I mean how closely do you really look? I don't.

I'd be willing to rent myself out as a bridesmaid if I could find someone who would spring for a whole facelift

OK, who's going to be first to invite me

OMG!!! I can see it now, BM'zillas....

BM's are going to start requiring surgery just to agree to be in the wedding. This is going downhill quickly!!

Wait, you mean you guys aren't requiring your bms to get major surgery before the wedding?

KIDDING! That's just awful.

I'm requiring nose jobs. I don't see what the big deal is.

Or that surgery to reduce toe length if the second toe is longer than the first! That's a REAL surgery, there are actual, certified surgeons performing that surgery on people. Unbelievable.

Gee, I just assumed that extra little "cosmetic procedure" would have been included in the toe cleavage surgery...what do I know? It's an EXTRA??????????

That's crazy.

I'm paying for their hair and make-up, but I'm not asking them to have anything else done! I didn't even make requests about said hair and make-up, except for their hairdo not be the same as mine.
