Thank you all for the lovely compliments, kind words and congratulations.  I have to admit I absolutely love everything about my ring and the fact that it's somewhat unique suits me perfectly.  I tend to shy away from what everyone else has, so have been pleased to not see many split shanks around (so far anyway).
