Here are the two stones I think I have narrowed my search down to: Diamond One Price-$3,190 .92 Round, I color, SI1 Clarity Table-57% Depth-61.5% Crown Angle- 35.5 Pavilion Angle- 40.6 Polish-Excellent Symmetry- Very Good http://www.angara.com/loose-diamond-details.do?pID=533068 Diamond Two Price $3,038 .82 Round, Color I, SI1 Table-55.16% Depth- 61.81% Crown Angle- 34.37 Pavilion- 40.84 Polish- Excellent Symmetry- Excellent Also this is considered a Hearts and Arrow. http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/4201/ Thoughts on these two or would you recommend I look for a new candidate? Thanks everyone and I am sure this won't be the last post is this adventure that is buying the engagement ring.

The diamond from GOG looks great, check with them whether it is eyeclean to your standards - they will have the diamond in house and should be able to tell you easily. Nothing is more sacred as the bond between horse and rider...no other creature can ever become so emotionally close to a human as a horse. Her exact quote "I just want it really shinny" which is nice to hear since I value a good mix of quality and size for my budget. So I am hoping that diamond with the right band will do the trick. Also I have heard good things on here GOG. I know their website says a lot are on vacation now but I wouldn't want to lose that diamond so someone else doing their homework on Pricescope.

I have a rather specific thought on what I would like but from everything I read about them I'm sure they will be more than helpful.
