I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who has shopped or is planning to shop at this store to watch your credit/debit card statements. The bank told me to contact the store, so I tried to this afternoon. There is no phone number on their website so I emailed them. I was really wanting to speak to someone, so I did some searching and found a number and I called it. They apparently don't want to talk to people because their mailbox is full. I tried every department listed on their phone tree...customer service, administrative office, marketing, order status, etc....all full. Highly suspicious I'd say. While I was trying to find a phone number, I came across MANY complaints about this store about not refunding money for returned items. For the hell of it, I checked out the BBB...their record is awful! http://search.newyork.bbb.org/reports.aspx?pid=44&page=1&id=73198 I recommend that people stay away from this site...they sound like an awful company if you have problems and the fact that you can't speak with someone isn't good. I just wanted to pass along my experience with them and the illegal charge on my card. If you shop with them, be careful! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I never worry about diets. The only carrots that interest me are the number you get in a diamond. ~Mae West |
