I'm really interested in the Lucere because I want something a little different from a round and the Regent seems to close to around for me. And I like the steps - too cool.

I'm looking for feedback from other Lucere fans, are you happy with your purchase and why did you chose it?

Cheers,
-Jane

In my opinion they are not real sparkly and are way overpriced. I'm not sure if pricing is the same everywhere but I went to a high end jewelry store close to me. I saw the sign and was interested in taking a peek. The guy brought out a 1.07 G that was over $10,000. I put it next to my 1.0 round F diamond and the lucere was very very dull in comparison. My diamond is not near ideal with a 62 table and 63.2 depth but it sparkled much more. I would advise you to compare a few different stones together before making your decision.

Edited to say...sorry you were asking for fans and I responded.

marriahlyn,
Thanks for the feedback! I'm actually looking for any and all information / opinions.

I saw a 1.51, G-H, SI2, at my local jeweler and they quoted me $8,000. When I looked at it compared to the rounds he had the Lucere was much more sparkly; however, I don't remember all the specs on the rounds and I didn't have my idealscope with me. When I go back I'll be looking with idealscope.

Cheers,
-Jane
