What do you all think of this stone based purely on specs? It's a "clean" SI3 - "eye clean" face up, obviously inclusions are visible from the side. How's the cut? Thanks!

From that Lab , it would be hard . Ive had a hand full of miss graded diamonds
from EGL ? I have no idea who is grading them but an amateur can figure those
grades out why cant they ? So, I would have to see the diamond to give you an
honest answer to this question.

From the dimensions of the stones it looks like a pretty good cut I like all the measurements,The only thing I would be skeptical is the si3 clarity.
As you know the g.i.a does/nt have an si3 grade therfore some of the si3 by other labs would be I1 by g.i.a standards.(I am not saying that all si3's are I1)
You really have to compare or sacrifice size and up the quality.
what ever you decide, the measurments are those of a well cut diamond.

good luck

The cut is very nice. I guess it's a really good SI 3 if you can't make out inclusions with your naked eye. At this size many SI 1's are not eye-clean.
This is typical 'bluff' stone. It's very slightly tinted (I color) but should face up white because of the fluorescence, it has some inclusions but looks good and has a very nice cut making it look larger.
Assuming grades are correct and we are not talking about a J-K/I 1-2, it may represent a good value. A lot of bang for the bucks.
