Has anyone in this forum had experience with ordering from Mondera? I ordered a Hearts and Arrow diamond from them over a week ago and they still have not shipped it? Plus they are getting vague about when they are going to ship it. Their prices were good, but I am thinking it is not worth it..

Mondera's got a pretty good rep. If they are not making good on their promised shipping times, I would call and complain.

Last time I looked I thought they were a bit pricey. I'll have to look again.
