My gf likes the Harry Winston micropave ring and I was wondering if anyone knows what style cushion they use? Cushion Brilliant or Cushion Modified Brilliant? Thanks!

The HW ring I've seen with a Cushion featured a Cushion Brilliant, not a modified brilliant which can have that "crushed glass" look.
