I am still searching for a 6 prong solitaire setting. I am thinking of having the solstice head (modified) put onto a slight cathedral shank. Now..I have found this one as well...and think I like the head more, because it seems more cuplike, or rounded..if you were resetting a round diamond (just shy of 2 carats) which setting do you think would make the diamond pop? Thanks

This would be the solstice head (not with that exact ring setting however), but on a cathedral mount that tapers upward slightly, (not as much as ths ring pictured).
