Hello ladies and gents!  I'm looking for a wedding band, and seem to figure out what would go well with my e-ring.  Some of my thoughts were:

1. Plain 1mm band, perhaps one on each side of the ring
2. Tiffany jazz ring (ok, a replica of the Tiffany jazz ring ).  Perhaps the smaller bezels could be rose gold/ pink diamond
3. Some sort of filigree band.  I'm no sure if I used the correct terminology, but I'm thinking something with holes in it

My budget is about 2k.  I need the ring to be platinum, without exposed diamonds that could potentially scratch up the scroll work on my e-ring.

Here are pics of my e-ring

Bev K uses rose gold and pink sapphires (see my tessa ring). You could do a diamond/pink sapphire combo to fit into your budget. Your e-ring is STUNNING BTW!!!

Your ring is beautiful.  I love the idea of rose gold.  Have you seen Tacori's Tessa ring?  It's beautiful and something similar would look beautiful with your ring.  Keep us posted on what you decide.

Also, my ering has a similar shape to yours and I where a bezel band and think it looks good (I like gaps, though).

This would be my vote.. does Pearlmans have something that might fit the bill?

Tacori - Thank you . I saw your thread on your tessa ring, and it's stunning! .  I'll definitely have to go try on some Beverly bands.  Do you think pink diamonds would look odd with pink sapphires?  I am *so* tempted to get an all pink band, but if it'll be all pink diamonds, I don't think it'll fit into my budget

sukiisukii, shortee78, Diamond*Dana, Burk, SanDiegoLady - Aww thank you

This?

I could go for something like this, but if I do a RG band, I'd want pink stones.  Do you think RG rubbing against platinum would be a bad idea?

I don't think anyone would notice! BK uses 4 shades of pink. Mine were not the lightest but you could ask Julian for them to use whichever is closest to pink diamonds.

ETA: I would get something with milgrain since your e-ring has it!

Very pretty ring!  I think a band with bezel set pink sapphires in rose gold would be great because it'll mirror your side stones.

Thanks SDL. The photographer put that fake flower by her and she was so interested (and slightly confused).

your ring is beautiful! I love rose gold!!! may I ask you about the carat size?
For your wedding band I love the idea of a jazz band with alternating white and rose gold (and maybe alternating white and pink diamonds - or only white diamonds, whatever you prefer)

or if you want to keep it simple a delicate rose gold eternity band with white or pink diamonds.

Tacori - Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely have to look into that.  Does Bev K do custom rings?  I don't believe I saw a Jazz type (lIarge/small alternating bezels). I am a bit concerned about the width of such a band, as I don't want it to over power my e-ring.  I am not sure how wide my e-ring is but, I need the band to have less width.  Does Bev K. do custom widths too?

SDL, baby monster, Ms Dreamy - Thanks for the responses.  The alternating jazz with pinks and whites (perhaps with milgrain on the whites) was my initial idea, but I'm not sure how difficult or expensive that would be.

Does anyone have any pictures of carved bands.  I was thinking a band in the style of gluek's e-ring.  Perhaps with scrolls punched through.  I have scroll engraving on the sides of my ring.

Ms. Dreamy - Sorry, I forgot to answer your question .  The center is 1.06 ct.  I believe there are 18 points of intense pinks and 10 or 15 points of white melee (sp?).

brooklyn, ask for Julian when you can Pearlman's. He helped me and trust me, I had a lot of questions!!! He'll know what you are talking about when you talk about the different pink colors. My ring was custom. Well I guess they all are since BK's are made to order. You can also get my ring with diamonds if you wanted that look instead (or a combo which would be beautiful). They also added a sizing bar for me (which was a must). My Tessa ring is around 2-2.5 mm. Very low profile too. It would make a perfect wedding band. They will do any of their bands in rose gold.

That's one beautiful ering you have there.

For me, I think I would need to try on lots of different styles and widths, to see which looked and felt right for me....and it also depends how flush you want your rings to sit.

as much as I love the idea of the jazz band with rose and white gold I agree that it might overpower your beautiful ring too much. therefore I would get a jazz band at a later time as a RHR that matches your set and would go for a delicate rose gold eternity as a wedding band.
