I am interested in a wider width "engagement/wedding band" -both combined into one mount.  Has anyone seen a setting that is wider?
I never where the rings seperately and would like only one ring.
Thanks, Shelly

Are you wanting a wider simple solitaire band, or a pave band? I wore a single 18K yellow gold and diamond band for years, and I just bought a new wedding set because I wanted something different. Simon G and Natalie K make a lot of rings that are wide enough that you don't need a band with them.

Thank you,
Some of the Simon G settings look great.

You can always soldier the two bands together, some ladies here have done that I believe.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Cehrabehra's custom ring. I think the photo attached, but do a search if not. I found it on the second page of the results in the April Fools thread.

Without knowing your style, I've always thought that split-shank (intertwined and not) rings and antique rings look better alone than with a matching band.

Hummingbird-a symbol for accomplishing that which seems impossible.

Beverly K has some wider semi mounts too. Pearlman's sells them.

Here are a few ideas I like for this style:

I love the split shank look and it doesn't really need a wedding band since it already has two bands: http://www.artofplatinum.com/4images/details.php?image_id=360.  It is a beautiful stand-alone style.

Here is a wider band that I think is amazing as well: http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/carl-blackburn-jewelry/rings/41VV1/0/

Otherwise, you can easily just solder together the band to the e-ring like others have suggested.  This is very easy and inexpensive to do.
