 Haircut Help Needed

I'm getting my hair cut on Saturday.  My new hubby (that's so weird typing that) likes my hair long.  So, I'm keeping it long but I haven't gotten a haircut in MONTHS (I was growing it out for the wedding).  So, I'm thinking they might need to take 1-2 inches off to trim off the split ends, etc.  Mainly, I am sick of the lack of style my hair has right now.  So, any hairstyle ideas or pictures you can give me would be MUCH appreciated. 


I'm thinking layers, angling... something like that.  Here's some info about my hair: I have side swept bangs and my hair currently hits around my mid back when straight (I have naturally curly hair but have been wearing it up or half-up and straight for a while considering the lack o' style... I usually wear my bangs down, though).


Here's a picture of me so you can see my face shape and hair color.  Any help/advice/pictures would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

 		I think you would look great in this hair cut, I wanted to get this cut, along with the bangs, but I donated my hair to locks of love, so now it's super short, when I grow it out again, I want to get this cut (make the picture bigger and you can get a close up of the bangs)-

 		I just realized that maybe a 3/4 angle wouldn't be the best to depict my face shape.  Maybe this picture will help more than the one above.

 		Thanks for the suggestion, Golden!    I'm a bit fearful that, with my rounder face, that straight bangs might emphasize the width of my face and that they would make me appear younger than I already look (I'm 25 and get mistaken for being a college student all the time).  So I think I'd like to stick with side swept bangs.  Although the picture you attached seems to have longer layers... that's a good option!

 		I think the total opposite!!! HAHA I think you have the most perfect face for the hair cut I linked you to! My face is so narrow that I think it would make my face look even longer, your face is perfect for it!!! DO IT!!

 		Just wanted to share this little giggle-worthy tid bit.  I emailed hubby and said that if he saw any pictures of hairstyles he liked to feel free to send them to me, since I'd like to bring in a picture to guide the hairstylist.  What does hubby send me?  (See below)  Funny boy!
