Hello...here is a pic of my ering. I have had it for a few months now and have a plain band, but I don't really like the look of it and want to get something more sparkly. I really like thin, delicate eternity bands. I have even thought about getting one with alternate sapphire and diamonds, but can't make up my mind on that. I would love opinions and pictures. Thanks!! Oh and the original thread on my ring is here with more pics:

Oooo...pretty!  I'm thinking a thin shared single prong diamond band would be gorgeous with it.  I love coatimundi's band.  Hope she doesn't mind me posting her pic....

Thanks that is gorgeous. I am a big fan of all of her jewelry, she has excellent taste. Any idea where I can find a similar one?

When I asked her about it a while back, she told me she got hers from Intagems.  I think Memoire also has something similar.

I think a very thin band would look perfect.
Here are Libster's and Noobie's
for example of slightly larger eternity bands

The Memoire Purity single prong is gorgeous! I am considering this one myself!  I would give it some serious consideration!

Not at all! and thanks!

Steph, I got that band at www.intagems.com. I bought it in the LA jewelry district, but I think you can order online. I bet if you give them a call with your specifications, they would have the same or similar.

I also think the Tiffany Metro would look lovely with your ring.

Can't wait to see what you get!
Good luck!

Coati, G.G.

I think you should get a thin diamond band, whatever one you think looks best. An alternating diamond and saphire, while very pretty, would distract from your gorgeous Ering, imho.

BK has lots of diamond and sapphire e-bands. They are very delicate.

hi steph! what a treat to see your three stone again, it is so beautiful!!

i would highly recommend memoire - they are just dazzling to behold IMO. my mom has a 7 stone memoire (4-5 point diamonds) and i made her let me wear it this past weekend and i did NOT want to take it off! i don't know what it is, but their diamonds/bands are just breathtaking. when i had the ritani three stone (center 1ct, sides .20 each) i had paired it with a memoire eternity of about 1.0 ctw (also 4-5 point diamonds, size 6.5) and i LOVED it. in the store i thought that was just the right size (next size down was too small for the three stone and got lost, next size up seemed a bit too large) but after about one week i was thinking 'gee, maybe i could have gone a little larger!' :-) it looked great on its own (i.e. had enough presence on my hand) and it complimented my three stone perfectly as well. it did scratch the side of my ering though, FYI, in case that would bother you.

i have purchased from pearlman's and would highly recommend them for memoire. they were willing to send me settings/rings to try out which i think is fantastic!

i also looked at ritani's diamond bands and they were beautiful as well, but for whatever reason the memoires stood out more in my eyes and my memory (haha, guess they picked a suitable name!).

i now have a super thin eternity pave band by leon that has metal along the sides thus preventing any damage to my ering. it is 1.5mm and very pretty -  the right compliment to my new halo setting which has enough going on itself. however, i think something that thin would get lost with your ring and would suggest something with more presence such as a (memoire) shared prong with 4/5/6 point diamonds to really set it off.

Thanks again for all the suggestions...So many options, so little finger space

Sevens ones, thanks for the pics. It helps to visualize with a similar ering.

Burk, just had to say you have such a cutie pie baby

Coati, thanks for the link. I love your band. I was thinking the Metro too, I think I will go to the mall next week and try it on.

Ellen, I think you are right. I might have to save the sapphire band for a RHR

Tacori, thanks I love Bev K. and your pink band was what made me want one...I would do blue sapphire for my little boy, but if I have a girl next, I am def. getting a pink sapphire band

Rainy, I remember your lovely Memoire and thought it looked great with your Ritani.

You should Steph, that would be super sweet!  I would check out Bev K too; I was looking and they are beautiful!  I need a band too. hehe  Can't wait to see what you find!

I will do blue with WG if I ever have a boy! Also you can get them w/o the milgrain if you like a more modern look. When you look at their styles know you can do any combo of diamonds/sapphires so you can really customize the look.

What would you guys think about a very thin Leon band like Snooper's pictured here:

Rainy, is that your same band?

Thanks

hi steph - it looks to be a little different than mine in that mine has more metal that comes up at the edge and is milligrained. however, it does appear to be as thin (i think she said her is 1.6mm; mine is 1.5mm).

Hard to say definitively without seeing them together, but imagining it, I think it would be beautiful!

pearlman's still has some very thin daniel k bands in their closeout section (not sure what size finger you are - i feel like we were close in size at 6, but there are a few sizes anyway)

i had also considered the michael b wisps but never got as far as seeing them in person

Thanks, I know...it is hard to say without seeing it in person first and if I am not mistaken, I don't think Leon has a return policy so that would be scary....his pieces are all beautiful though.

Rainy,
Thanks for responding. I looovee the Daniel K rings too, I had forgotten about those. I am a 5.75, but prefer it to be a little bigger if it is an eternity band to allow for weight gain if I have another baby. I love your Leon band too. Ahh, so many choices!

I think that I would like your ring with a thin diamond band...either the one in Snoopers post or the Daniel K's would look lovely!
