While I can't address the specific ring you are asking about, I can tell you that I had a good experience buying from Dover Jewelry off ebay- an antique Deco diamond watch. However the lack of info on the cut, as well as no reliable, independant report like a GIA or AGS grading report, it's impossible to tell if this is a good buy or not. Personally, I'd want a heck of a lot more info than they have on that listing before spending $10K.
