Hi everyone, I've just been sent this picture of two pear shaped .30ct tsavorites that will be side stones to a diamond e-ring. Just wondering what all the experts, and non-experts-gem-lovers thought, and whether I should ask for a different set. As always, your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Colour looks good. Are they the same size? Do you have any other stats?

I think it's going to look amazing! Three stones with colored sides are one of my favourite looks - and tsav sides are a great choice. My FSIL has a ring I designed for her with emerald sides - she's not best pleased with her husband, I suggested tsavs and he insisted on emeralds so now she can't put it in a US. She keeps hoping she might break them!

Great, thanks everyone. I gave the go ahead on the tsavs. As soon as I get any pictures of the ring, I'll be sure to post them for all to see. I can't wait!

If there is ever anything I can help you with, just let me know. All I need is a shot of the setting and a shot of the desired stone and I can put together a "picture" of your new jewelry! Just ping me in the forum. I haunt this place several times a day to see what is going on. Jeff S. |
