Aww, thanks, ladies! That was taken on Tuesday when J was visiting. We went out for an afternoon cream tea at this lovely tea room not too far from school, and then we took a walk by the river and I snapped a few pics of us (even though J hates having his picture taken). Yeah, we had actually never noticed before that picture, but our eyes are the same colour, which is funny because I've been told at least a dozen times in my life that people have never seen anyone else with my colour eyes. I should find those people and show them J and totally blow their minds! Aw, look, how cute are you guys? Isn't it weird when you meet someone with the exact same eye colour as you??? I had a friend in uni and it always bugged me there was something about his appearance I couldn't put my finger on, it was just intriguing somehow. Then one day someone clocked it - we have the exact same eye colour. I've been told I have eyes like a wolf (nice huh?  ). So you can imagine, it weirded everyone out big time. I have never met anyone since with the same colour eyes. That might be for the best, ha ha!I love you guys' big ol' baby blues. Gorgeous!

you guys are sooooo sweet!!! as others already mentioned you have both so stunning eyes! funny that you didn't notice that you have the same colour... There are so many different shades of blue - cool that you two "match". My parents have nearly the same blue eyes too, thats sweet. I have blue eyes and it really catches my eye if a man has the same blue than I have - I love blue eyes

It is kind of funny, because I love J's eyes (mmmmm, dreeeeeamy) and I think my eyes are one of my best features, but never before now did I put them together and say, "Hey! They're the SAME!" Duh. Sometimes I'm not too bright. purrfectpear: heehee, thank you!!! He *IS* a handsome dude, and I tell him so all the time, but he never believes me! Always says I'm biased (muttermuttersowhatifIamheisstillcute)... Maybe I will have to show him this thread to convince him that he is!  bee-supahstar: thank you, both for the compliments to my eyeballs AND my gorgeous boyfriend. He is extremely cute; I think I shall keep him.

Other times I get the 'what colour do you call your eyes?' cos they can't think of a colour for them. But for the most part people don't pass remarks. I like to think they're not that unusual so they don't get too many comments. 'Cos if they are unusual and people aren't commenting, well that means they're unusual in a not so good way

For some reason, I have this horrible craving to go to the Lake District again, and I'm not going to get there for awhile...but that cottage really reminds me of it! I haven't been yet but I have seen photos and it looks AMAZING! That was one of the motivations behind J and I wanted to live in Manchester (a small one but still present)--it's fairly close to the Lake District! I just know I will fall in love when I go there.
