Definitely the first one hands down. No offense, but the second one is a very dated look. But you can get better quality diamonds than at Jareds, try Signed Pieces/Facets for the same look but better cut stones.

This is for your upgrade? You're going with the better cut, 2ct diamond? Out of the two, definitely the first one.
