Seeking a diamond expert in Sacramento

sunrise5656 Rough Rock Total Posts: 2 Last Post: 5/3/2008 Member Since: 5/2/2008	I took my ring into a local jeweler to have it cleaned and was told that my center diamond had a chip. The goldsmith refused to replace the needed tips because he thought that the process may crack the diamond. A couple of years earlier, another jeweler said that there was something wrong with my diamond also. Funny thing is that when I took it back to where I purchased it, the jeweler there said that there was nothing more than an inclusion in the stone. I need to find a diamond expert to evaluate it before I go back to the place I purchased it, again. Can anyone give a recommendation for a diamond expert in the Sacramento area? I could really use a professional opinion about the stone. Thank you, in advance. Dawn
