So, I am getting married in Westlake Village, Ca. Can any past LA brides (or ones coming up) recommend an on site make up artist and/or hair designer =)

I'm not far from you! (woodland hills) i got married in Temecula- as awesome as my hair/makeup people were, i don't think they'd travel up here  But... Joyce Luck is FANTASTIC! i've been to a wedding or two here in L.A where she styled the bride. she's super-talented. I think TGal used her for her wedding. so a search here on PS, and you should find it. GOOD LUCK!

I don't have any recommendations, unfortunately, since my makeup artist doesn't normally do weddings... I'll be watching this thread for hair designer rec's though

I used Joyce Luck too. She is awesome. I felt so beautiful. I have other make-up artists that I was considering, but I have to see if I can find the info. ETA: Here's the thread where I listed all the people I was looking into - http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=31052 There is also Amy Tevis (or Trevis - I don't remember) that was highly recommended on one of the wedding board that I frequented before, but I don't have her info. __________________________ |
