Hi ladies. Question for any of you who use MAC: I am having trouble posting onto PS forums whenever I used my home laptop. For some reason, I can see everying and it even takes me to the page where you post, however, when I click "submit" it does nothing. Do any of you have this problem with their APPLE? It stinks b/c I can only post when I am using my PC at work--thats no fun!! at least, not fun enough... I miss you guys when I'm home!!!I don't want to use the desktop BF and I share at home--then he will see how much I post!!! HELP!

i am at work right now (shh!) and im on a mac but i haven't had any trouble posting maybe its something to do with cookies or you need to clear your cache or some other technical mumbo jumbo "It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life." ~Rita Rudner I marry my best friend on 11/14/09! |

I think others may have had a similar problem, see if this thread helps. http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=74148 ![]() Nothing is more sacred as the bond between horse and rider...no other creature can ever become so emotionally close to a human as a horse. I use PC at home and Mac at work. PC is easier to use I noticed on this forum than the Mac.

It's an issue with safari--if you use firefox, you should have no problems posting.

I'm not sure because I have both Safari and Firefox and they both don't seem to be working. It doesn't even give me an error message...it doesn't do anything. I read a few of the other PS posts and it said it might have to do with LEOPARD, which is the OS I use. Hopefully PS will get the techies working on it. Thanks ladies for your helpful suggestions! Hi! I have a MacBook that I use and had problems when I first started on PS. I emailed the mods and they said you can't use Safari. I've had no problems using Firefox but it is kind of a pain since I use Safari for everything else. I would just contact one of them and ask if you are still having problems!

Ditto-I don't really like Firefox but I do it just for PS! If you have problems on Firefox or Internet Explorer it could be that there's something with your computer that needs updating or fixing!

I am a happy Mac owner and have had some weird issues on PS when I used Safari too (too many to keep using it). Using Firefox gets rid of most of the weirdness (except that I can't just cut and paste links and have them show up as clickable links in my posts, and the "insert link" button doesn't work), so that's what I use, but once I figured out that it was the browser causing the strangeness, not the computer, I felt a lot better, since there are a few options out there for browsers. If clearing the cookies for both Safari and Firefox didn't work, maybe you should check to see if there are any security updates or patches out there to download for your browsers?
