I just wanted to take a few moments to thank all of the pricescope members that helped me with my engagement ring "saga". A very special thank you to strmd, who gave me his "blessing" regarding my stone. This little cutie is a performer. Thank you strmd, you expertise is such a valuable asset for all of us. To all future posters out there, if strmd says go for it , don't hesitate, go grab that diamond before is gone. You cannot go wrong.

Another special thank you to Ellen and all of the "regulars", who always found time to respond to my posts no matter how irrational they were and to Mark @ ERD, who made my vision, a reality. He was such a pleasure to work with.

With that said, I will go back to lurkedom although I'm sure I will pop here and there from time to time. Gosh, I'm addicted to PS. Good luck to all of you who are still in the search. I am sure you will find what you are looking for as well ! You are in great hands.

Knowing myself I probably posted this in the wrong forum. If so, please excuse.

Leslie

Beautiful ring!  But please do not go back to lurking before posting some handshots!

lesco, thank you! It was a pleasure to help you, and your ring turned out beautifully! Love that shot.

And I agree, we need hand shots! (if you have a thread in SMTR, please disregard, I've been sick and am totally out of the loop. Haven't been there yet)

Hope you feel better soon. I hope it's not that nasty cold/flu bug that's going around.
I have not been able to get one decent hand shot. I have very unsteady hands so all shots come up blurry.
As soon as I do, I promise I'll post a few. I have a fire thread in SMTR but no hand shots.

Thank you for the compliments on the ring. I'm very happy with my diamond. I can't believe I even doubted the purchase for a minute. I will probably set it on one of those Ritani endless love halo rings in the future. (need to save up a little).

BTW, I bought the SI ultrasonic cleaner. This baby works. I used the silver dip and polishing cloth on a silver necklace I had not cleaned in probably 10 years. It came out new!!! Another excellent reccomendation from the PS community.

You guys are the best!

Thanks. I think that's exactly what it was.

I am still working on SMTR, so I can't wait to see your shots!

And while I love your ring just as it is, a RELH would be devine.

Congrats again, I just love your ring!!
