A little report on the Madison Ave NY Ivanka Trump boutique

Madam Bijoux Ideal Rock Total Posts: 3,054 Last Post: 11/24/2009 Member Since: 7/15/2005	There were some *verrrry* impressive round brilliants in the window - none of them under 3 carats, all great color and clarity. It's a small store and doesn't have the variety that Leviev or Graff has. I'm not sure how well the store will do, considering that a lot of people resent The Donald so much. Another jewelry store named DiModolo will be opening soon - right across the street from Leviev. It looks like there will be some intense competition. The Palm Court in the Plaza Hotel is open again. They did a marvelous job on the renovations. A lot of the work still hasn't been completed, but the hotel will be as splended as it always was when everything is done. Big disappointment: I saw "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof", but James Earl Jones wasn't in the performance. I overheard people in the lobby saying that he's missed several performances lately. The understudy did fairly well and the rest of the cast was great. "I never met a diamond I didn't like." No jewel is as beautiful as a cat's eyes. Madam Bijoux (Gabrielle)

I'd love to see pics if there's a site I have a like/dislike feeling about The Donald. In his favour, he readily admits he's a lousy husband (before Melania, anyway), but a great father. So far, he's right! I think he's both clever (street smart) and well-educated; however, he definitely skipped classes on finesse in dealing with people. WAY TOO RUDE, IMHO. If I were his mother, I'd been appalled when he yells at the want-to-be apprentices, " Get outa here!" etc. Personally, I wouldn't work for him for a gazillion dollars, much less a million. On the other hand, if he worked for me, he'd rue the day he signed my contract
