Hello, My wife loves diamonds and also lovely watches.... Below is her favorite..... Simple 18K Cartier with factory diamonds..... Cartier diamonds are excellent...... My wife also has the following watches:- Rolex 18K Yellow gold president with gold dial and factory dials + aftermarket diamond bezel Cartier Diablo 18K yellow gold Baume & Mercier 18K yellow gold Riviera Audemars Piguet Steel and Gold Omega Constellation Steel (everyday watch!)
