Hello PS,

I'm looking to reset my e-ring. Has anyone heard of Kirk Kara as a ring designer and had any experience with them? They have a few styles I like, but I was hoping I could get a little bit of real world insight from you guys out there. Thanks in advance!

~Lisa

They are wonderful! I will eventually be getting my setting from them, too. What exactly do you want to know? I can tell you that the craftsmanship is incredible, the styles are distinct, and I loved almost every ring I saw. I'd say the style is vintage but with a modern twist. They do a lot of rings with sapphire accents, too.

Check out the Carmella collection here - I adore every single one!

I haven't had any experience with them, but they have beautiful designs.  If I were ever getting my diamond reset, their Charlotte ring would be among one of my top choices.

I have recently worked for a jewelry company that sold Kirk Kara.i can recommend both their quality of design and manufactor. In my opinion they sometimes use sapphires that are a little dark.

I actually almost just purchased a Kirk Kara set and decided on something else b/c the set that I saw at a local jeweler was not crafted as well as I thought it should be.  The milgrain was not perfectly straight on each side of the engagement ring and it would have bothered me for a lifetime.  With that being said I still LOVE Kirk Kara but that was just not the one for me.

It was this set....

I don't have any personal experience with them.  My friend has their Charlotte engagement ring (and wedding band) and they are GORGEOUS.  She has never mentioned any problems with them.
