Good Afternoon...

I have a problem.  My fiance' got my ring from Rogers and Holland.  When he purchased he didn't have time to get it sized because he wanted me to have it for Valentine's Day.  So I figured I would take the ring and have it sized myself.  Well when I called them they told me it can take up to two weeks to get it back.  I just got my ring and I didn't want to wait so I took it to a jewelry store I get my jewelry cleaned at.  After they resized my ring and gave it to me I noticed one of the small diamonds was missing on the side.  So I went back in and they replaced it with another one.  Well this morning when I was on my way to work I noticed another one came out.

I can't express enough how upset I am right now, especially because I should have followed my first mind and took it to Rogers and Holland.  Now if I had it resized somewhere else does this void out my warranty.

Is this a pave ring? a bead set? as far as the warranty, I'm not so sure, but I would bet that it may void the warranty... Sorry about the frustration, bummer!

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your new ring.  In most cases, having your ring worked on by a non-authorized service provider will void a manufacturer warranty - this is actually true for practically every consumer product - not just jewelry by the way.

Sorry to hear abour your ring.

Agree with Todd - it's likely that the warranty has been voided once an outside provider touches your piece.

That doesn't mean you can't get the original vendor to fix it, by the way; it just means you might have to pay for the repair.  If you take it to a non-authorized provider, you'll pay for the repair as well, so I'd prefer to pay the original provider who stands a better chance of getting it right.
