Okay... SO here's my first Colllage:

The bouquet I am having replicated. Hopefully we'll be able to get Peonies, but if we can't open Apolllo Roses willl mimic the look of the white peonies.

The bout for John will be made of burnt orange callas, but will have two of them and the greens will be brighter than pictured.

The Cake will be as pictured, except for the flowers on top. The flowers will be match my bouquet and will not look like antenea... lol.

The pic of my centerpieces is for the concept of them. They will be the same shape and in a simlar vase, but the colors will be orange, bright green and white.

The invitations will be as pictured expect the black border will be burnt orange instead, and the ribbon will be a double faced satin in burnt orange too.

The ceremony chair decorations will be almost identical to these. I'm wondering if I should do green or orange ribbon. ANd they will be on every other chair, not every chair along the aisle. There will be orange flower petals in the grass aisle too.

My florist: http://www.floraldesigner.com/  (She's fabulous. Website is AWFUL).

My invitation maker: http://myworld.ebay.com/ekt4 (Yes, EBAY...lol. She's great).

My cake chef: http://www.fatangelbakery.com/cakes.htm

Here are the pics of my venue. The ceremony site is outdoors (no pic posted) and is lovely. The courtyard is beautiful, and instead of cocktail tables we'll be using oak wine barrels for people to set their drinks and food on-- small orange rose centerpieces for the barrels, probably in little silver cups like those picutured... I'll be doing these myself. The reception is in the room pictured... I'm doing organza orange table cloth overlays and organza chair sashes too.

My venue is http://www.garrewinery.com/garre_martinellictr.html

Gypsy, I love the way everything is finally coming together for you and our close-to-perfect John.

I'm so proud of you for getting everything together early. I know you're an organizer by nature, but you've excelled even yourself on this one!!

And finally here are my ideas so far in terms of my own look.

My dress is by Mon Cheri (Liz ) and I ordered it from netbride.com (can't say enough great things about them). the sash will be a plain (no rhinestones) ivory to match the rest of the gown and the top will be altered in some way by my seamstress, as I don't like the near halter look of it now.

My MOH dress is A Jasmine B2 tea length gown seen here... pics don't do it justice, it's really lovely. http://www.jasminebridal.com/html/en/web1_b2_3_a.asp?id=966 in black

I got my shoes from Nordstrom, they are wedges that won't sink in the grass as I walk down the aisle.

And I love this hair. No tiara for me though. I'm working on bridal jewelry at the moment-- I will definitely have chandelier earrings, and some sort of pendant though. And I bought my veil, but have no pic yet.

John will be wearing a two button black tuxedo, ivory shirt, and ivory vest and tie. His best man will be wearing the same tux but with a black vest and tie.

Yowzah, do you have hair like that? Awesome. You could do anything with that mane and it would be fantastic.

I have long "chestnut" hair... I have a lot of it, but each individual strand isn't as thick as the hair of the person in that pic. I'm pretty sure I can get close to that look though. I've been growing it out, and its about that length and thickness now. (I wear it in a ponytail most days as it's fairly unmanageable, I'll be chopping it down after the wedding).

Thank you so much for the compliments swimmer. I really wanted "lush and vibrant" actually it's the exact adjectives I was going for!! I'm glad it's translating. My BM bouquet will just be a MUCH smaller version of mine. A posy really.

Thank you ebree... that's a very high compliment!

Isaku... Yes, I'm a planner. And I feel really satisfied when I see all of the plotting and planning coming together. Funny thing is since most of it is done... I"m feeling abit impatient to get it together and for the wedding to be here already!!! Thank you for the compliments!

Thank you goldenstar!! I've had a lot of fun with it. A LOT of fun with it. Admittedly.

Everything looks fabulous Gypsy! And I just love that hairstyle.

In fact, I might ask for something like that for WP1 if you have no objection to me being a copycat! My hair is also a thinner (sniff sniff) version of that lady's hair.

I have no objection of course. Just a request for some pics of your hair if you have it done that way so I have something to show my stylist other than these pics.

Here's a larger version of the hair from the side. And I'll post one of the back to.

I found the pic on the knot in a hair bio. So I can't credit it beyond that. I wanted something half up... but not messy and not boring. I was hard.

Here's another (new just found it) pic of the reception room. You can see why I'm going for lots of color and punch-- the room need as much help as it can get. Tall flowers and bright table cloth overlays. I'm also wondering if I might do a bright green tablecloth overlays if I can fond some.

I'm happy for us too Ellen! Thank you!

I did manage to find a pic of the ceremony site after all. Not the 'altar' area, which is beautiful and has wisteria all over it that will be turning reds and oranges in the fall... but the rest of it.

Hi Laura, Thank you, I'm a bit of a control freak, so the organization is a direct result. Yes, I will definitely be doing a trial. And I promise to post pics when I do.

Hi Zoe.... Thank you for the compliment. I love color. I'm DYING for a spess demi-parure for the wedding. LOL. I think I perfer the green ribbon too, but my florist  knows the my venue well, so I think I'm ultimately going to let her choose. Maybe, we'll see if I can let go of the control freak tendencies enough to do that anyway.

THank you Haven and Claudinam! It's funny seeing it all in one place. The only place it's been organized is in my mind. Now that it's in the thread, my brain feels much lighter. LOL. Plus I can send the thread to my two best friends to update them on the wedding stuff. Nice and easy.

That's actually what I was thinking when I saw the thread...even though I have a lot of things done/decided, all the pieces are scattered...it would be nice to see everything all in one place...

It's really nice. Puts everything in perspective. It's like when you are designing a room in your house and you have all the peices... wall paint chip, throw pillows in the trunk of your car, wall art in storage and then you pull them all out and BAM... it's not in your head anymore... it's real.

Funny thing is the thing that's stressing me out and I'm most excited about now is out wedding bands. I'm hoping I can afford them soon. I've layed out so much $$ in deposits (we're doing highest deposits we can with everyone so we don't get whammied at the end) I'm not sure I can get them for another couple of months, and I really wanted to get them this month, but I don't think that's going to happen. Hopefully though, soon. I think that and the dress alterations are what I'm looking forward to the most. Sorry, I'm babbling. LOL.

Wow Gypsy, you're doing a great job. Everything looks so beautiful and perfect! I especially love your bouquet and floral choices.

I know what you mean about being broke after shelling out for all the deposits. It certainly adds up.
