My proposal and pics!

Okay, I finally have a chance to post my story :)   On friday I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone as he drove to my place after work.  I was not anticipating that Friday would be the proposal.  As he pulled into my apartment parking lot he asked "so were you good today because if you were I have a suprise for you?"  and I replied "of couse!"   He has done this before and its always a lottery ticket or some fun thing like that.  He said to close my eyes and he would be right in.  When he told me to open my eyes I saw a dozen of the most beautiful roses I have ever seen.  He handed me a shrink wrapped hard cover book.  When I looked closely it was a book he created for me complete with a photograph I took on the cover.  I then realized what was going on.  I grabbed a pair of sissors to open the book and asked him to turn off the tv.  I read the story he titled "Meant to be" and totally started crying.  When I got to the last page I saw a picture of my fiance holding a sign that said "will you marry me?"   By then he was on his knee with the ring in his hand!  He said some sweet things that neither of us remember!  lol!  I know I said "this is the easiest question I have ever had to answer....YES"  Then he told me I had ten minutes to get dressed up.  I told him how lucky he was to be marrying such a low maintence girl!  I quickly got ready and we hoped into his truck and headed to what I thought must be a nice restaurant.  However he turned into a random bar parking lot and I asked what we were doing here and he said picking up our ride.  I looked up and there was a limo!  The limo took us to a nice dinner.  After dinner we decided to call up one of my closest friends.  I did not tell her we were engaged just that we wanted to go for icecream and we would pick them up.  We suprised them with a limo in their driveway!  lmao!  After icecream we dropped them off and rode around a bit.   It was perfect! The lights in the limo made my ring shine like crazy!  We then spent the next day going to vist 3 sets of granparents and my parents.  

Oh I noticed somebody else got engaged on PI day! I had teased my fiance earlier in the day that it was pi day and a good day to celebrate all things ROUND!  LMAO!  He lauged and said he loved Pi day.  Little did I know that it would be MY day!

We picked out the setting together but he picked out the diamond on his own.  He sure did a great job!  It sparkles unlike any diamond I have ever seen before!  I love it almost as much as I love him!!
