East-west pendant designed to sit in the small of the neck....maybe a little lower than in this pic. What do you think? Obviously, I would take it out of the box before setting it. (hahaha). And what colour gold would you use?

I wouldn't do it if she wears all white metals, though. I love the idea of a pendant, but I really don't like pendant chains shorter than 16", personally. I'd probably set it NS with a little round diamond at the bail! But it will be beautiful any way you set it! ~~~ When in doubt...don't.~~~

My mom mostly wears white gold, but not exclusively. The country she lives in is a 'yellow gold' country. It's what most people wear there, I guess partly because a lot of people there have darker skin tones. Linda it really does sparkle like crazy! It's totally wild. My garnet was feeling so dull and ashamed next to it.
