Predictions: Obama wins Texas. Ohio is ? (but I would not be surprised if Obama wins big - as I remember Wisconsin where Clinton was predicting very close or even a win and then lost by 17 or 18 points). Even if I'm wrong and it is essentially a draw from the delegate standpoint... Democratic Party Leaders then tell Clinton its over and to end the race. Clinton would have to win big - really big - for that not to happen. Fall race: McCain vs Obama Perry

Sorry, I have to dissagree; and not to duck the issue; but... I think Bullwinkle would be a much better choice than Donald. I understand that Rocky would also be available to help as well... I am sure that no matter what seems to go wrong each day or each week that it will work out in the end with Bullwinkle as our President. Finally, one of my favorite Bullwinkle quotes: "if you can't believe what you read in a comic book, what can you believe?" How can we pass up such optimism - and demonstrated effectiveness as this... Well Clinton said she was just warming up and there has been word that she is willing to go into April so, this could be the end, but it could also be the beginning. We'll see. I just hope she keeps a sock in Bill's mouth.

Anyone read the latest TIME magazine-it has an article all about Bill in it and whether he's hurting or helping Hillary... _______________________________ "Women are either goddesses or doormats." Only 3 percent of the precincts reporting but Obama got Vermont so far by 57%. And Bill Clinton is just utterly gross. I didn't like him before he was elected, while he was in office, and after he was out of office. He needs to shush. Heck, I'd like Hillary a heck of a lot more if she'd just divorce the guy. ............... Isn't it ironic that a man who held the oval office for two terms is a liability to his wife's campaign, instead of a boost to her appeal? I think that's so funny ![]() Oh, Bill.

I thought Hillary had momentum early on, then Bill showed up! Honestly, he loves the limelight and to hear his own voice. I thought I read he was asked to back off and he did seem to be not quite so visible, but then he showed up again!

Anyone else watching the coverage? McCain won. No big surprise there. Obama has Vermont. (Currently 59%) Clinton has Rhode Island. (Currently 62%) Ohio and Texas are still too close to call.

You know what, one of these two needs to win the nomination already because it is stressing me the heck out! I have a paper due tomorrow that I've barely written and I can't focus! I've been stress eating. It's nuts.

My predictions are on track.... and yes, the fat lady has yet to sing in Texas. The news is claiming Clinton won big. No she actually lost big. Here is why: Delegates assigned by vote results: Ohio: Clinton 71, Obama 59 Rhodes Island: Clinton 13, Obama 8 Texas: Clinton 64, Obama 62 Vermont: Clinton 6, Obama 9 Total Delegate Count by Voting: Clinton 154, Obama 138. Thus, Clinton picked up 16 delegates more than Obama in the voting process. However, in Texas 67 delegates are yet to be assigned.. from the caucuses. There are 31 senate districts in Texas that held caucuses. Only about 1/3 of the voting has been reported so far from those caucuses. However, with partial caucus results reported as of a few minutes ago: Clinton has a substantial lead in 10 Senate Districts, Obama has a substantial lead in 19 Senate Districts, and two are currently within 3% points. By and large - the Texas districts with the largest delegate counts are being won by Obama. In the end, Obama will win Texas - and will win it at a level that it may well erase Clinton's current 16 delegate lead from this primary. Also, I note that Clinton needed to win big - by very large double digit numbers in Ohio and Texas to swing the overall delegate count her way. In reality, no matter what the spin. This primary season is over, and Clinton is a lame duck. The only question will be is how much damage is she going to inflict on the Democratic Party from now on - or will she try to heal and move the party ahead by effectively dropping out and supporting Obama. I am waiting for the Texas fat lady to sing. How hollow will Clinton's victory speeches ring then. Perry

Blah. What is the cr4p about wanting to go back and actually count Florida's votes? That's BS and if they go back to do that, I'm moving to Canada or Mexico. Hell, even somewhere in Europe. ![]() This election is going to give me a heart attack. I officially hate Hillary. She could not get anymore smug and totally unbearable.

Date: 3/5/2008 5:41:29 PM Author: FrekeChild What is the cr4p about wanting to go back and actually count Florida's votes? I agree that going back to count votes would be unfair since it had been agreed that the Democratic delegations would not be seated and, therefore, Barack Obama was not on the ballot in Florida! Holding an entirely new election in June (which is one proposal being batted around) would be the fairest thing to do, however. It was outrageous to disenfranchise Florida and Michigan voters in the first place. Deborah ![]() A Girl's Best Friend |
