Welcome Jo!

You have picked 3 great diamonds!  I would pick the one from Good old Gold for various reasons.  It is sold by a vendor with an excellent rep here, who also has a good return policy.  It has a great cut, and is also a H&A if that appeals with the various cut quality tests,  and also is eligible for the lifetime upgrade program.  You may not ever want to upgrade this diamond, but it is nice to have the option.

Nothing is more sacred as the bond between horse and rider...no other creature can ever become so emotionally close to a human as a horse. When a horse dies, the memory lives on because an enormous part of his owner's heart, soul, very existence dies also...but that can never be laid to rest, it is not meant to be...

hi, welcome and congrats on ur pending engagement.
i won't attempt to break down each stone, as i'm no expert on the measurements of  RB's - i just wanted to drop a line to say if being able to work closely with your vendor is important to you, Jonathan from GOG is helpful, trustworthy and reliable to work with. I am also looking at purchasing from o/seas (australia) and sometimes the barriers the distance imposes can be frustrating. Jon is well known for going "above and beyond" for the customer.
I'm sure BN also has great cust. service to have earned its rep here, I'm just talking from my experience personally.

Good luck and I hope you find a great ring!

Wow! Both of those good old gold stones are stunners! You can't go wrong with either! They're close in size too.

I'd probably have them send the stone to an appraiser in the US and if it checks out, have the appraiser send it to me.
I just wouldn't want to be responsible for it overseas if i wasn't 100% sure I was keeping it.

I'd say it depends on where you get it, and the particular stone. If it were a lower clarity stone, with inclusions that could potentially cause problems, or a cut that was somewhat questionable, I'd say have it checked out here. But if it's the type of stone you linked from GOG, I'd say just have it verified when you receive it. A stone of that caliber, coming from an extremely reputable vendor really doesn't need an "ok" beforehand, imo.
