Octagonal step cut sapphire The images are intriguing, but the video is underwhelming, you can see a lot of "space" inside the stone from oblique angles. Pretty though.

I really like that cut when done right. Its one of the cuts im considering for a custom sapphire I want cut someday in med. blue. What is neat about the cut is it will lighten the material if cut right so can be cut with cheaper over dark rough and get great color. ...........
