Look at the differences between the OGI and the GIA certificate... How is it possible to have such a difference 4 the table ? Can somebody tell me if this diamond has an "ideal" girdle ? Can somebody run a ".gem" file ? Thank you all !!!

It looks very close to me. The calibration of the Ogi/Sarin is not bad really. No two read identically every time. Better devices with a higher degree of accuracy are possible but they would cost a lot more than existing technology. David S. Atlas |

Thanks, David ! But the matter is that 56% table is OK, but 58% is not for the ideal-market. I think I could use that to get a better price. I still love the 58% tables. What do you think about the girdle? Thank you ! Stephan |

OK, what I try to ask is: All the ideal cuts-sarins that I saw on GOG have "girdle halves" bigger than "girdle bezel". This one is different. Is that important for the beauty? Thanks for your opinion, I probably have to buy this diamond for a friend next week. Stephan |
